The Gift of Appreciation

The holidays are over; the gifts opened, decorations packed away and the parties now memories. What about the gift you received which was not anticipated? You gave nothing in return, but they gave from their heart, thinking of you when doing so. Whether it was homemade or purchased, the gift wasn’t required. Did you thank them? The gift of being a gracious and appreciative receiver is as much a gift as receiving. Acts 20:35 NIV”…it is more blessed to give than to receive”. Is it also just as much a blessing to appreciate the gift received?
